This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy outlines the measures that RuneAce.com has established to prevent, detect, and report money laundering and any other illicit financial activity. 4.1. RuneAce.com will monitor customer transactions to identify suspicious patterns or activities. Any unusual or suspicious activities will be reported to the designated AML Compliance Officer.

4.2. The AML Compliance Officer is responsible for reviewing and investigating suspicious activities. If the activity is determined to be potentially related to money laundering or other illicit activities, it will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.1. RuneAce.com will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities to money laundering and take appropriate measures to address these risks.

6.1. All Employees will undergo regular training to understand the AML laws and regulations, this policy, and their responsibilities in detecting and preventing money laundering.

7.1. RuneAce.com will maintain a comprehensive record of all customer identification information, transaction records, and AML investigations for a minimum of five years. These records will be made available to regulatory authorities upon request.

8.1. RuneAce.com is committed to complying with sanction laws. We will not provide services to individuals, organizations, or countries subject to financial sanctions.

9.1. This policy will be reviewed at least annually or as required by changes in laws or regulations.

10.1. Employees are required to report any suspected violations of this policy to the AML Compliance Officer. Whistleblowers will be protected from retaliation.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy and all related laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of services and legal penalties.
